Auto Biller

Baron Honda, a family-owned and operating dealership located on Rte 112, Patchogue, NY, is seeking to hire an experienced Automotive Biller.

This is an immediate, full-time hire opportunity!

Job requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years experience in billing within a car dealership setting
• Must have extensive knowledge of Verify and all DMV
• Prepare paperwork for the titling of new, used and wholesale transactions
• Ensures retail transactions are processed in a timely manner
• Prepares tax and title documents
• Contacts banks to obtain lien releases when needed
• Applies for duplicate titles when needed
• Follow up on all payoffs to ensure a quick return of titles and lien releases
• Dealertrack, DMS experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Professional appearance and work ethic is a must
• Good organization and follow-up skills
