BDC Personnel

Baron Honda located on Medford Ave, Patchogue, NY has an immediate need for BDC Personnel.

We are searching for energetic, enthusiastic, self-starters to join our Business Development Center. We have a tremendous amount of leads that come in on a monthly basis, along with a huge lease portfolio.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Respond to e-mail inquiries within established time frames & communicate effectively via text, phone or e-mail
• The ability to build rapport with customers, overcome concerns & objections
• Sets up appointments for customers to visit the dealership for test drives & sales presentations
• Continuous follow-up with customers & sales consultants
• Accurate inputting of customer information into the CRM

Required Experience:

• Bilingual is a huge plus!
• Excellent Computer skills
• Outstanding communication skills-verbal and written
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Great attitude with a high-energy personality
• Superior customer service skills
• Remarkable phone & listening skills and follow-up
• You must be a self-motivated, driven, reliable individual who can multi-task and keep up in an exciting, fast-paced environment
