We are entrusted with the sales, service, restoration, and preservation of some of the world’s most iconic and desirable motorcars, serving a distinguished clientele locally, nationally, and around the globe.

As we enter our next phase of growth and development, we are seeking an experienced Parts Manager to lead, organize, and elevate our Parts Department. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated professional to build department structure, implement and monitor processes, and have a direct impact on the future success of a prestigious automotive organization.

If you are an experienced Parts Counterman professional with at least 3 years of parts experience and are seeking a management opportunity, you need to apply as well. 

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the Parts Department
• Establish and implement department policies and procedures
• Develop inventory controls and stocking strategies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and manufacturers
• Support the service and restoration departments with timely parts procurement
• Monitor inventory levels, obsolescence, and profitability
• Train and develop department personnel
• Create efficient workflows that support long-term growth

• Experience developing department processes and procedures
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities
• Close attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction
• CDK Software proficiency is a bonus

Benefits 

• Salary $80K – $120K per year / this is a commission-based opportunity
