Service Manager

New Car Franchise Import Dealer located in the Queens / Brooklyn area is seeking to hire an experienced Service Manager.

Import experience is preferred but not mandatory. Reynolds & Reynolds / Ignite experience is also preferred but not mandatory.

We seek to hire a candidate responsible for daily operations, profitability, employee supervision, and customer satisfaction in our Service Departments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintains Customer Satisfaction scores at or above factory/company standards
• The ability to answer technical questions about warranties, services, and repairs
• Knowledge of vehicle repairs and warranty work is a plus
• Oversees training and supervising of Service Dept employees
• Oversees administration of warranty claims
• Reinforces company policies and adheres to manufacturing standards.
• Make sure that the Service Dept is compliant with applicable laws and regulations
• Maintains a good working relationship with the factory
• Maintains excellent employee relations
• Detail-orientated /  communicate effectively with our customers and our employees
• Proven track record of achieving goals

If you are currently a successful Service Advisor with at least (3) years of experience and are looking to take a step up into a management position, you need to apply as well.

Job Requirements:

• Strong record of positive Customer Satisfaction (CSI) results
• Team-oriented
• Valid in-state driver’s license with good driving record
• Excellent references

We will provide you with the following:

• Salary range $150K – $200K per year / This is a commission-based opportunity
