The Empire Auto Group, the fasted growing Long Island Dealer Group, has recently purchased several new dealerships throughout the Long island Metro NY area, is seeking to hire Accounts Payable Personnel & a Deal Poster.

Accounts Payable;

Applicant must have Accounts Payable and Accounting or Bookkeeping background, preferably in an Automotive Dealership setting.

The successful candidate will possess at a minimum the ability to:

  • Coding and posting all payable invoices and process for payment
  • Run monthly expenses reports and update accounts
  • Reconcile vendors statements and factory statements;
  • Create new vendor accounts and obtain proper paperwork
  • Ensure compliance with all government regulations.
  • Maintain a professional appearance

Deal Poster;

The successful candidate will have the ability to:

  • Cost, post and commissions on all retail deals
  • Cost and post all wholesale and swap deals
  • Other office duties when needed
  • Maintain a professional appearance

Knowledge of Auto Dealership Accounting Systems required.  Experience in a fast-paced Automotive Dealership is preferred.

Reynolds & Reynolds / Ignite is a plus but not mandatory.
