Competition Automotive Group, a premier name in the automotive industry, is looking for a sharp, motivated Service Drive Sales Consultant to join our team at Mercedes-Benz of Smithtown. In this role, you’ll connect with service customers, uncover trade-in and upgrade opportunities, and help drivers get into the Mercedes-Benz that fits their life today.

What you’ll do:

• Engage service-lane customers and build genuine relationships
• Identify trade-in and purchase opportunities based on their needs
• Guide customers through a seamless, low-pressure path to their next vehicle
• Conduct test drives safely and professionally
• Negotiate and close deals ethically and transparently
• Assist with vehicle delivery, explaining features, warranty, and service needs
• Maintain accurate sales documentation and up-to-date product knowledge

Requirements:

• Automotive sales or advanced sales BDC experience preferred (new or pre-owned)
• Desking/appraisal experience a plus
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills
• Proven customer service and closing ability
• Excellent attendance and punctuality
• Valid, clean NYS driver’s license
• Basic computer and internet skills
