Bright Bay Lincoln located on Sunrise Hwy, Bay Shore, NY is seeking to hire one or two high quality individuals with proven selling skills that routinely exceed customer expectations and build customers for life.  You will have the opportunity to sell new and pre-owned cars.

We are looking for strong, energetic, people-focused people who will help us redefine the car-buying experience.

• Work with customer from start to finish throughout the buying process
• Must have self-motivation to be successful
• Exhibit great customer service skills
• Must be able to create and maintain customer relationships
• Experience utilizing and maintaining a customer relations management database
• Prior automotive sales or retail experience or business development experience a plus
• Bi-lingual is always a plus
• Must have a valid and “clean” Driver’s License

$7,500 Sign on Bonus

Prior auto sales experience will be rewarded with a low stress environment where your sales experience is highly rewarded with the industry’s highest percentage.
