Automotive Biller

Suffolk County Import Dealer is seeking to hire an experienced Automotive Biller. A minimum of (1) year of Automotive Biller experience is mandatory. This is an immediate hire opportunity!

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of DMV and process is mandatory
• Processing all out-of-state registrations and titles with a DMV service
• Follow up on all in-transit permits and lien releases
• Track incoming titles and file for duplicate titles when necessary
• Process all NYS titles and registrations
• Maintain and order all NY/ITP plate inventory
• Maintain and order documents needed for billing
• Responsible for all wholesales, swaps, and trade in’s and make sure all titles and documents are processed timely and efficiently
