Auto Biller

Nassau County New Car Franchise Domestic Dealer is seeking to hire an experienced Automotive Biller. Reynolds & Reynolds  / Ignite experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

We are offering TOP PAY for an experienced Auto Biller!

Your responsibilities would be as follows:

• Thorough knowledge of DMV is essential  /  prior Automotive Billing experience is mandatory
• Knowledge of Verify is essential
• Process all DMV-required paperwork
• Billing new and used car deliveries
• Wholesales swaps
• Stock in new & used car inventory
• Post all car transactions in our computer system
• Prepare all Sales Tax, title registration docs
• Maintain and set up all NYS License plates
• As well as other various office duties as needed

The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented and be a team player. You will be working with a great management team!
