Job Description

Hyundai 110 located on Broad Hollow Rd, Farmingdale .NY is seeking to hire an experienced Automotive Biller needed.  The ideal candidate is an experienced Auto Biller who wants to work with an industry leader.  They should possess Reynolds & Reynolds experience along with knowledge of DMV knowledge.  They must have at least one or two years with a franchised car dealership and possess a positive attitude. Candidates should be reliable, dependable, and detailed oriented with an excellent attendance record.

We offer a competitive starting salary.  Billers have a flexible schedule which includes some nights and weekends.

Billing Requirements:

• Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred but not mandatory.
• DMV knowledge including VERIFI & Instransit
• Previous Billing experience at a franchised automotive dealership

Billing Responsibilities Include:

• Billing all new and pre-owned retail and lease deliveries
• Verifying the costs and transactions for each vehicle sale
• Receiving and processing all paperwork from the F&I department
• Preparing tax and title documents
• Maintaining a police book
• Ensuring that all of the vehicle registration paperwork is properly processed and submitted
• Assisting in creating and processing leasing and loan paperwork.
