Pre-Owned BDC Personnel

Western Suffolk County New Car Franchise Dealer is seeking to hire Pre-Owned BDC Personnel. This is a very unique opportunity is for someone who wants to handle strictly used cars with an enormous inventory!

We subscribe to almost every lead generator that is available today! As a result, we have a tremendous amount of inquiries coming in on a daily basis! We have over 300 Pre-owned cars in stock in addition to plenty of certified used cars as well!

We are seeking to hire a candidate who possesses high-quality phone skills and the ability to effectively communicate through e-mail with our clients and our management team.

Your responsibilities include:

• Handling inbound phone calls
• Emailing customers
• Promoting special events, making outbound campaign
• Overseeing the lease portfolio, and acting as a liaison between the client and sales team
• Room for growth in our organization

You will also be responding to inquiries with the intent of setting appointments for prospective clients to meet with a member of the sales team. You will need to determine each customer’s vehicle needs by asking questions and listening and keep abreast of new products, features, accessories,  and their benefits to the customer.

Job requirements:

• You must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in customer service and great phone skills are needed
• Light computer skills required
• Reynolds & Reynolds experience is a plus, but not mandatory

We will provide you with the following:

• We will provide you with a base salary 0f $625 per week
• A very aggressive commission plan

• This is a commission-based opportunity, $90K- 110K  per year.
