Assistant Service Manager

Suffolk County New Franchise Dealer High VolumeDomestic Dealer is looking for an Assistant Service Manager. We have a very busy shop and are in need of help now!

Are you an experienced Service Advisor looking to take a step up? If so …WE WANT TO TALK TO YOU!

Responsibilities include;

• Reports directly to the Service Manager
• Assist the Service Advisor team as needed 
• Assist the Service Manager with client issues or complaints
• Work with the management team on strategies & reporting
• Manage & monitor the loaner car fleet
• Monitor Service Drive, ensuring all clients are being assisted

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Reynolds & Reynolds / Ignite experience preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to be analytical, problem solve, and multi-task
• Self-motivated enthusiastic presence in a team environment
• Strong written and communication skills
• Consistent and stable work history
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Professional appearance and work ethic
