Assistant Service Manager

Nassau County New Franchise Dealer is looking for an Assistant Service Manager.  We have a very busy shop!

Are an experienced Service Advisor and looking to take a step up?  If so…

Responsibilities include;

• Reports directly to Service Manager
• Assist Service Manager with client issues or complaints
• Work with the management team on strategies & reporting
• Manage & monitor loaner car fleet
• Monitor & assist Service Advisor team
• Fill in for Service Manager on day off/ vacations
• Monitor Service Drive ensuring all clients are being assisted

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to be analytical, problem solve and multi-task
• Self-motivated enthusiastic presence in a team environment
• Strong written and communication skills
• Consistent and stable work history
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Professional appearance and work ethic
