Assistant Office Manager / Bookkeeper

 

Nassau County New Car Franchise Dealer is seeking to hire an Assistant Office Manager / Bookkeeper.

This is an immediate hire opportunity!

Responsibilities;

  • Following up and processing funding and payoffs
  • Costing deals
  • Processing incentive rebates
  • Breaking down contracts
  • Extended warranties
  • Excel knowledge
  • Calculating commissions for the Sales Department
  • Cleaning schedules
  • Reserves and payoffs

Requirements:

  • Must have a minimum of one year of Automotive office experience
  • Must be a team player with a positive attitude
