A-Level Technician – Master / Diagnostic Technician

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and drivability issues
• Perform major repairs, including engine, transmission, and driveline systems
• Use advanced diagnostic equipment and scan tools to accurately identify vehicle problems
• Troubleshoot difficult repair cases that require high-level technical skill
• Repair and service modern vehicle systems, including hybrid and EV technology when applicable
• Ensure repairs meet manufacturer specifications and safety standards
• Work closely with service advisors to ensure efficient repairs and strong customer satisfaction
• Mentor and assist other technicians when complex diagnostics are required

Qualifications

• ASE Master Certification strongly preferred
•  5+ years of professional automotive technician experience
• Strong electrical and drivability diagnostic skills
• Ability to perform heavy-line repairs, including engines and transmissions
• Experience with modern diagnostic tools and vehicle technology

Strong work ethic and pride in producing high-quality repairs
