Arnold Chevrolet, located at 670 Montauk Highway, W. Babylon, has an immediate need for BDC Personnel.
We are seeking energetic, enthusiastic self-starters to join our Business Development Center.
What makes this opportunity so unique is that we maintain a very substantial lease portfolio, and you will be responsible for managing that portfolio and engaging with these leads daily.
If you have sales experience from another industry …We are willing to train you!
Primary Responsibilities:
- Promptly respond to email inquiries within established timeframes, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership for test drives and sales presentations.
- Maintain continuous follow-up with customers, ensuring their needs are met and fostering a positive relationship.
- Accurately input customer information into the CRM system to maintain up-to-date records.
Required Experience:
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written skills
- Professional appearance and a strong work ethic.
- Positive, high-energy personality with a can-do attitude.
- Superior customer service skills, ensuring an exceptional experience for every client.
- Excellent phone etiquette, active listening, and follow-up skills to build lasting customer relationships.
- You must be a self-motivated, driven, reliable individual who can multitask and keep up in an exciting, fast-paced environment
We will provide you with the following:
- Salary $65K-80K per year / This is a commission-based opportunity
- An aggressive end-of-the-month bonus plan
