Appointment Coordinator

Smith Haven Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, located on Middle Country Road, St James, NY is seeking to hire an Appointment Coordinator. You will play a key role in creating a smooth, professional, and customer-focused experience for all incoming sales inquiries.

Responsiblilties

• Answer inbound calls and online inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Schedule sales appointments using the dealership’s CRM/DMS.
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls to warm leads, internet inquiries, and past customers.
• Confirm upcoming appointments with flour customers

Sales Support

• Accurately document customer interactions and update our CRM 
• Coordinate appointment calendars with sales consultants
• Provide customers with general information about vehicle models, promotions, service offerings, and dealership processes (no selling required).
• Help ensure customers are greeted and assisted promptly upon arrival.

• Salary range $44K-$55K per year
