Lot  Attendant

Alans Auto LLC, located on Brook Ave, Deer Park, NY, is looking for a motivated Automotive Lot Assistant to help with various duties on our lot. Your responsibilities will include picking up vehicles, logging inventory, testing for mechanical issues, creating work orders, and preparing vehicles for sale. You must be mechanically inclined, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and hold a clean driver’s license.

Responsibilities:

• Pickup vehicles from dealerships
• Log daily inventory
• Test drive vehicles for mechanical problems
• Create work orders for each vehicle
• Perform weekly inventory counts
• Prepare vehicles for sale
• Set up daily truck loads for auction

Requirements:

• Mechanically inclined
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Clean driver’s license
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
• Overtime may be required

Benefits:

• Health insurance.
• Salary $21.50 to $23.50
