We’re seeking a dependable, organized individual with comprehensive knowledge of DMV billing duties. As a successful teammate, you must be a quick learner with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and excellent organizational skills. Attention to detail and accuracy is critical, along with the ability to multitask and think outside the box to solve problems proactively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter all inventory transactions into the system.
• Stock in titles.
• Handle billing for sold vehicles.
• Knowledgeable about in-state and out-of-state titles.
• Resolve title and Lien Release Issues.
• Familiarity with Reassignments, MV 50s, and the Verifi System.
• Perform data entry and maintain filing systems.
• Track and record vehicle issues and sales announcements.
• Be a team player, cross-train, and assist others when necessary
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Requirements:

• Clean driver’s license required.
• Previous experience in the car business is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable with a fast-paced workload and occasional overtime.

 Schedule:

• Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (No weekends; occasional overtime required).
