SALES MANAGER
Advantage Chevrolet, located @ is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead, train, and drive the performance of our sales team. This is a key leadership role focused on maximizing sales results, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and maintaining a positive, high-energy showroom environment.
Job Description;
- Manage, train, lead, and motivate the sales team of Sales Professionals
- You must be a strong closer, engaging customers early in the sale to maximize gross
- Actively support, encourage, and motivate the sales team daily to maintain high productivity
- Maintain the standards of integrity, trust, and respect among our dealership and with customers
- Be accountable for daily performance metrics in sales, appointments, and call follow-up.
- Uphold the dealership’s core values of integrity, trust, and respect
- Be accountable for daily sales metrics, appointments, and call follow-up
- Ensure consistent follow-up with customers to confirm satisfaction and generate repeat/referral business
Job Requirements;
- Passion for customer retention and strong CSI skills
- You must be an excellent closer
- Outgoing personality with excellent verbal / written communication skills, along with strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Experience in building sales volume using organic, digital, and traditional sales and marketing strategies
- Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds / Ignite is a plus, but not mandatory
- Valid NYS Driver’s License with a clean driving record
We will provide you with a:
- Salary $150-$200K per year / this is a commission-based opportunity
