Service Advisor

Acura of Bay Shore located @ 1930 Sunrise Highway Bay Shore, is seeking to hire a Service Advisor. The season is here, the shop is busy, and we need help now!

ADP / CDK experience is (preferred but not mandatory). Seasoned and experienced Service Advisors only need to apply.

We are seeking to hire a candidate who has the following skills;

• Great customer, people skills & telephone skills
• Commitment to customer service satisfaction
• Previous success in resolving customer service issues
• A high level of professionalism and courteousness
• Knowledge of vehicle repairs and warranty work is a plus
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
• Communicate effectively with our customers and our employees
• Proven track record of achieving goals

Benefits

• Salary range $75,000-$100,000 a year / this is a commission-based opportunity
