Admin Assistant 

 

Legend Nissan, located on Jericho Tpke, Syosset, NY, is seeking to hire a Clerical Admin Assistant to join our team! The candidate must be personable and customer-oriented. You must present yourself as a seasoned and polished professional.

This is a part-time opportunity, 30 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and clients with warmth and professionalism.
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
  • Perform clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and managing office supplies
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications experience in reception or administrative roles is a plus.

  • Salary $17-$20 per hour / based on your level of experience
