Admin Assistant
Legend Nissan, located on Jericho Tpke, Syosset, NY, is seeking to hire a Clerical Admin Assistant to join our team! The candidate must be personable and customer-oriented. You must present yourself as a seasoned and polished professional.
This is a part-time opportunity, 30 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and clients with warmth and professionalism.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Perform clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and managing office supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications experience in reception or administrative roles is a plus.
