New Car Franchise Import Dealer located in the Bronx is seeking to hire an Auto Biller.

Full-time & part time postions avaiable

You will be responsible for the following:

• Billing new and used car deliveries
• Must have thorough knowledge of DMV procedures 
• Process new and used vehicle sales billing quickly and accurately
• Verify vehicle deal paperwork for completeness and compliance
• Submit contracts to financial institutions and follow up on funding
• Prepare and submit DMV documentation
• Communicate with the sales department, banks, and management to resolve any discrepancies
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting
• Help with the Processing of DMV-required paperwork
• Bill wholesales and swaps
• Stocking new & used car inventory
• Filing, billing spot deliveries, and other various office duties as needed

Qualifications

• Present yourself in a profeeeional manner
• Minimum 2 years of automotive billing experience required
• Strong knowledge of DMV procedures and documentation
• Reynolds & Reynolds experience is preferred but not mandatory 
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
