Service Advisor

Penn Toyota, located at 2400 Northern Blvd., Greenvale, NY, is seeking to hire an experienced Service Advisor to join our team.

We are a family-owned and operated dealership with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining long-term relationships with our customers.

Our Service Department is extremely busy and operating at a fast pace, and we are looking for one motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor who can step in, support our team, and help us continue delivering the high level of service our customers expect.

Job Description

• Perform a vehicle walk-around and document customer concerns to enable the Technician to diagnose and service the vehicle properly

• Must be familiar with MPI and Video MPI

• Greets Service Department clients promptly and courteously 100% of the time
• Listens to each client and clearly articulates information on the repair order
• Satisfies client’s immediate needs, uses low-key, high-integrity methods to present additional needed services
• Maintains strict adherence to dealership policy on client vehicle care and operation
• Informs clients of repair diagnosis, sells repairs and services needed or required for proper operation
• Inspects the quality of vehicles following repairs or service to verify that all authorized work is performed and performed properly in an effort to reduce rechecks
• Reynolds & Reynolds / Ignite experience is preferred, but not mandatory
