Sales Manager  / Import Dealer 

A very successful Import dealership located in Suffolk County is seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, increase profitability, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.  You just have excellent TO skills.

If you have the skills that are stated below and are a Seasoned Sales Professional with at least three years of successful sales experience, a strong performance record, and excellent professional references, you are encouraged to apply as well! 

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
• Establish sales goals and help the team consistently meet or exceed targets.
• Manage daily showroom operations, lead distribution, follow-up, and closing activity.
• Monitor inventory, pricing, gross profit, customer satisfaction, and sales performance.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, accountability, and customer service.
• Work closely with dealership leadership and the finance and service departments.

Qualifications

• Proven automotive sales or sales-management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop salespeople and improve team performance.
• Knowledge of dealership operations, CRM systems, and sales processes is preferred.
• Professional appearance, a strong work ethic, and excellent references
