Sales Professional

Star Subaru, located on Northern Blvd, Queens, is seeking to hire one motivated Sales Pro to join our team! The spring season is approaching fast, and we are gearing up for a Super Spring Selling Season! 

This is a rare opportunity to join a high-volume dealership backed by a massive inventory and an aggressive advertising budget that consistently drives traffic. You’ll have the ability to sell both new and pre-owned vehicles, supported by a strong, fully staffed BDC Department that keeps your pipeline full of qualified appointments.

Responsibilities 

• Prior customer sales or service experience, in addition to strong technology and organizational skills preferred
• Must have a strong ability to understand and demonstrate technology to customers
• Must have an excellent ability to follow up
• The ability to communicate effectively with customers and our Management team
• Bilingual is a plus, but not mandatory

Qualiifacations 

• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Sales experience preferred (not required)
• Valid driver’s license 

Compensation & Benefits

• We offer a draw of $1,000 per week for an experienced Sales Professional
• Salary $80K – $120K per year / This is a commission-based opportunity

• Aggressive commissions on the front end
