BDC Agent / Team Leader Role

We’re looking for a seasoned and driven BDC agent to step into a leadership role at our centralized Business Development Center located at Volkswagen of West Islip. You will be supporting four dealerships consisting of Volkswagen of West Islip, Advantage Chevrolet, Nissan of Westbury, and Island Power Sports under the direction of our BDC Director

This is a key position—we recently lost our top-performing BDC agent who earned over $100,000/year in this role. If you’re confident in your abilities, hungry to lead, and ready to deliver high performance, this is a real opportunity.

🔹 Position Details:

• Full-time, in-person at our West Islip location
• Schedule: 5 days per week, including one weekend day off and one weekday off
• Hours: Mostly 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Hourly Pay: $22/hour
• Monthly Commission:
  • $25–$45 per sold unit (based on team volume)
  • $200–$1,100 monthly sales bonus (volume-based)
  • Show bonus averaging $450/month
• Team Leader Override: Small override paid on total department performance

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years of automotive BDC experience
• Strong performance track record and ability to lead by example
• Experience with DriveCentric CRM is a major plus
• Word track knowledge and phone process skills are a plus
• Comfortable holding others accountable and managing results
• Excellent follow-up and communication skills
• Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency
• Great professional references required
