Auto Biller

Bird Bus Sales, located at 202 Terminal Drive, Plainview, NY, is seeking to hire an Auto Biller.

Dealer Track / Net Suite / Advectus experience is preferred (but not mandatory).

We are seeking a candidate who can do the following:

• Prepare title work, including processing all new and used vehicles for registration
• DMV scheduling and posting
• Processing factory rebates
• Prepping deals for finalizing in the accounting office
• Verify the cost and transactions of each sale
• Provide additional administrative support as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous dealership and Verify experience is preferred, but not mandatory
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to provide quality customer service
• Willingness to take initiative
• Detail-oriented skills with strong organizational skills
• Quality writing and grammar skills
• Detailed follow-up up necessary
• Professional appearance
• Ability to work individually and as a team
• Being proactive in your job responsibilities, career, and business growth
