Service Advisor

Sarant Cadillac, located at 4339 Hempstead Tpke, Farmingdale, NY, is seeking to hire a Service Advisor! Our Service Department is very busy and growing fast!

The ideal candidate will be able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, customer-focused environment. High-end dealership experience is preferred, but great customer skills and follow-up are a must.

We are seeking to hire a candidate who has the following skills;

• Great customer, people skills & telephone skills
• Commitment to customer service satisfaction
• Previous success in resolving customer service issues
• A high level of professionalism and courteousness
• Prior sales experience is preferred, and you must be detail-oriented 
• Knowledge of vehicle repairs and warranty work is a plus
• Communicate effectively with our customers and our employees
• Proven track record of achieving goals
• Reynolds and Reynolds / Ignite  is preferred, but not mandatory

We will provide you with:

• Salary range of $80K-$100K+ per year / Several of our Service Advisors are earning more than $100k per year!
