Auto Biller

Toyota of Bay Ridge, part of the Titan Motor Group located @ 6401 6th Ave, Brooklyn, NY, is seeking to hire an experienced Auto Biller. If you’re an experienced Auto Biller, don’t miss this opportunity — we’re offering an excellent salary for the right candidate!

We are seeking to hire a candidate who has the following skills:

• Thorough knowledge of DMV & Verify
• Knowledge of Reynolds & Reynolds / Ignite is a plus, but not mandatory
• Maintain up-to-date police, plate, and in-transit books according to NYS regulations
• Create an up-to-date DMV log, which includes any DMV issues/concerns, missing documents
• Submit a check request for any DMV refunds to accounting with a copy of the registration
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Positive attitude with a high-energy personality and great organization and follow-up skills
• Other office duties as assigned 

Reporting of all vehicle sales

• Prepare paperwork for the titling of new, used, and wholesale transactions
• Ensures retail transactions are processed promptly
• Prepares tax and title documents
• Provide additional administrative support as needed
• Contact banks to obtain lien releases
• Applies for duplicate titles when needed
• Check all paperwork for the correct title, lien information, taxes, etc., before forwarding to accounting
• Prepare and maintain trade-in vehicle jackets
• Follow up on all payoffs to ensure a quick return of titles and lien releases
