📋 Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound sales and  inquiries via phone, email, and text
• Schedule customer appointments and follow up as needed
• Help drive traffic to our sales department
• Accurately update and manage customer records in our CRM system

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Basic computer skills
• Customer service or phone experience is a plus, but not required
