Assistant Parts Manager

Legend Auto Group, consisting of Porsche, Audi & Volkswagen, located on Merrick Rd, Amityville, NY, is seeking to hire an Assistant Parts Manager. German experience is preferred, but not mandatory. 

Reynold & Reynolds’ experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Job Description

• Review sales, costs, and inventory monthly to ensure objectives are met
• Ensure inventory is available when needed by the service department
• Must communicate special order receipts to clients to maintain impeccable customer satisfaction
• Establish pricing to generate profits and maintain high Customer Satisfaction
• Oversee & assist the issuing of parts and accessories to technicians from the parts counter
• Soliciting and maintaining relationships with wholesale business accounts
• Confirming that parts are appropriately coded so the dealership can claim a complete refund for unused factory stock.
• Adjusting stock to curtail the accumulation of unused or old parts.

Job Requirements:

• Strong record of positive Customer Satisfaction (CSI) results
• Team-oriented
• Valid in-state driver’s license
• Excellent references
• Wholesale experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

• Salary range $70K–$85K per year / This is a commission-based opportunity
