Accounts Payable   / Accounts Receivable

Busy Suffolk County New Car Franchise Dealer located in Eastern Suffolk County seeks to hire Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Personnel.

CDK experience is a plus, but not mandatory.  Applicants’ experience in an Automotive Dealership setting is preferred but not mandatory.

The successful candidate will possess at a minimum the ability to:

• Coding and posting all payable invoices and processing for payment
• Following up on overdue accounts and taking appropriate collection actions
• Handling cash receipts, credit card deposits, and chargebacks.
• Run monthly expense reports and update accounts
• Reconcile vendor’s statements and factory statements
• Create new vendor accounts and obtain proper paperwork
