Job Description

The ideal Sales Manager/Closer will

• Manage, train, and lead a team of automotive sales professionals
• Be a strong closer, engaging customers early in the sale to maximize gross
• Actively support, encourage, and motivate the sales team daily to maintain high productivity
• Maintain the standards of integrity, trust, and respect among our dealership and with customers
• Be accountable for daily performance metrics in sales, appointments, and call follow-up.
• Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate future leads
• Strong closing skills with the ability to ask for the sale and follow up with customers
• Passion for customer retention and strong CSI
• Commitment to building a team with employee retention as the core

• Salary range $150K – $250K per year /  This is a commission-based opportunity
