Sales Manager

Eagle Kia of Riverhead, located on Rte 58, Riverhead, NY is seeking to hire an experienced Sales Manager.

You will be working in our brand new state-of-the-art the art facility.

This is an immediate hire opportunity!

We are seeking to hire a candidate who has the following skills;

• Minimum of  (2) years Sales Management experience
• Manage, train, and lead a team of automotive Sales Professionals
• Be a strong closer, engaging customers early in the sale to maximize gross
• Actively support, encourage, and motivate the  sales team daily to maintain high productivity
• Maintain the standards of integrity, trust, and respect among our dealership and with customers
• Be accountable for daily performance metrics in sales, appointments, and call follow-up calls
• CDK experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Job Requirements;

• Passion for customer retention and strong CSI
• Commitment to building a team with employee retention as the core
• Experience in building sales volume using organic, digital, and traditional sales and marketing strategies
• Outgoing personality with excellent verbal/written communication skills along with strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Valid NYS Driver’s License with clean driving record

We will provide you with the following 

• Salary $125K-150K per year, this is a commission-based opportunity\
•   An excellent end-of-the-month commission plan
