As a Shop Foreman, your responsibilities include overseeing the daily operations of the Service Department, managing a team of technicians, scheduling repairs and maintenance, ensuring quality control, and communicating with customers about their vehicle’s needs. Strong technical knowledge, leadership qualities and excellent communication skills. is a huge plus.

Responsibilities include:

• Monitoring shop efficiency and productivity
• Working with technicians to diagnose and repair vehicles to BMW standards
• Ensuring that the tech performs proper repair and service procedures
• Ensuring that all equipment and machinery are properly operated and maintained
• Creating and managing the team, maintenance, and work schedules.
• Enforcing safety regulations and protocols.
• Strong Automotive technician background
• Strong teamwork and leadership skills

What We Offer:

• Salary $65K- $85K per year  / This is a commission based opportunity
