Auto Biller

The PSD Auto Group, with multiple new car franchise locations throughout Nassau and Suffolk County, has several openings for an experienced Auto Biller.

You will work with leading-edge software that allows you to complete your job duties and responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Thorough knowledge of Verifi and NYS DMV is mandatory DMV
• Timely process all billings to include new and used car retail, wholesale, and swaps
• Reynolds & Reynolds / Ignite experience preferred, but not mandatory
• Backstopping F&I and vetting all deals
• Verifying customer, insurance, vehicle, sales tax and rebates
• Maintain up-to-date police, plate, and in-transit books according to NYS regulations
• Ensure deal compliance before releasing any DMV documents to sales or the finance department
• Assist the General Manager / Controller as requested with the DMV process and procedure
• Packaging deals

Reporting of all vehicle sales

• Prepare paperwork for the titling of new, used, and wholesale transactions
• Ensures retail transactions are processed promptly
• Prepares tax and title documents
• Provide additional administrative support as needed
• Keep current with applicable laws
• Contacts banks to obtain lien releases
• Applies for duplicate titles when needed
• Prepare and maintain trade-in vehicle jackets
• Follow up on all payoffs to ensure a quick return of titles and lien releases
• Maintain loaner and company vehicle titles
