Service Manager

Legend Auto Group, consisting of Porsche, Audi & Volkswagen, located on Merrick Rd, Amityville, NY is seeking to hire a Service Manager. Prior High Line / German experience is preferred, but not mandatory.

You will be responsible for daily operations, profitability, employee supervision, and customer satisfaction in our Service Department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Has a strong knowledge of Fixed Operations metrics and understands how to drive the business
• Maintains Customer Satisfaction scores at or above factory/company standards
• Oversees training and development of Service Department employees
• Oversees compliance with all warranty policies and procedures
• Reinforces company policies and adheres to manufacturers’ standards
• Ensures that the Service Department is compliant with applicable laws and regulations
• Maintains a good working relationship with the factory
• Maintains excellent employee relations
• Detail-oriented / communicate effectively with our customers and our employees
• Proven track record of achieving goals

Job Requirements:

• Strong record of positive Customer Satisfaction (CSI) results
• Team-oriented
• Valid in-state driver’s license with good driving record
• Excellent references

We will provide you with the following:

• Salary range AT LEAST $150K–$175K per year / This is a commission-based opportunity
