Auto Biller / Finance Assistant

Nassau County New Car Franchise Dealer is seeking to hire an Auto Biller / Finance Assistant. We are seeking to hire a candidate who is reliable, punctual, and presents themselves as a professional.

This is an IMMEDIATE hire opportunity!

Responsibilities:

• Thorough knowledge of the DMV is mandatory
• Processing all out-of-state registrations and titles with a DMV service
• Follow up on all in-transit permits and lien releases
• Track incoming titles and file for duplicate titles when necessary
• Process all NYS titles and registrations
• Maintain and order all NY/ITP plate inventory
• Maintain and order documents needed for billing
• Responsible for all wholesales, swaps, and trade in’s and making sure all titles and documents are processed timely and efficiently

You will be assisting our Finance Managers with the following 

• Following up with all applications submitted to the banks as well as bank approvals 
• Obtaining documentation from our customers
• Arranging appointments with our customers for set up and delivery of their vehicle
• Follow up with funding from the banks as needed
• Process motor vehicle paperwork for the delivery process
