Sales Manager

Nassau County New Car Import Franchise Dealer is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the team.

You must have at least three years of automotive management experience to be considered.

We are looking for a candidate who has the talent, ability, and drive to close deals. Reynolds & Reynolds / Ignite experience is preferred but not mandatory

The ideal candidate must have the following skills;

• Manage, train, and lead a team of automotive Sales Professionals
• Be a strong closer engaging customers early in the sale to maximize gross
• Actively support, encourage, and motivate the sales team daily to maintain high productivity
• Maintain the standards of integrity, trust, and respect among our dealership and with customers
• Be accountable for daily performance metrics in sales, appointments, and call follow-up

Job Requirements

• Passion for customer retention and strong CSI
• Commitment to building a team with employee retention as the core
• Experience in building sales volume using organic, digital, and traditional sales and marketing strategies
• Outgoing personality with excellent verbal/written communication skills along with strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Valid NYS Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Excellent references

We will provide you with a;

• Salary range: $150K-$250 per year (This is a commission-based opportunity)
