BDC Personnel

The Tantillo Auto Group is currently seeking to hire BDC Personnel. We have multiple new car franchise dealerships throughout Nassau and Suffolk County and we are seeking to hire several motivated individuals to join our growing team. You will be reporting directly to our centralized BDC Center, located at Chevrolet of Smithtown, 920 Middle Country Rd, Saint James, NY

We subscribe to all the major lead generators, and as a result, we have a tremendous amount of leads that come in every day

We are searching for a candidate who will do the following;

• Energetic and enthusiastic
• Light computer knowledge is mandatory
• Great phone & people skills
• Excellent follow-up skills

Job Duties Include;

• Monitoring and contacting Internet leads from the dealer’s website, the manufacturer’s website, and third-party sites
• Determine each customer’s vehicle needs by asking questions and listening
• Learning, understanding, and adhering to call and e-mail scripts
• Setting and confirming appointments, following up for each shown or missed appointment
• Attending weekly sales meetings and training
• Communicating with the Management team daily

• Salary range $75K – $90K per year / based on your level of experience
