Sales Manager

East Hills Auto Group is seeking to hire an experienced  New Car Sales Manager, for various locations  throughout Nassau, Suffolk & Queens County. 

Job Description

• Manage, train, and lead a team of automotive sales professionals
• Be a strong closer, engaging customers early in the sale to maximize gross
• Actively support, encourage, and motivate the sales team daily to maintain high productivity
• Maintain the standards of integrity, trust, and respect among our dealership and with customers
• Be accountable for daily sales, appointments, and call follow-up performance metrics.
• Follow-up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate future leads

Job Requirements

• Strong closing skills with the ability to ask for the sale and follow up with customers
• Passion for customer retention and strong CSI
• Commitment to building a team with employee retention as the core
• Experience in building sales volume using organic, digital, and traditional sales and marketing strategies
• Outgoing personality with excellent verbal/written communication skills along with strong negotiation and presentation skills
