BDC Representative

Stoler Lexus located at 2090 Broadhollow Road, Farmingdale, NY is seeking to hire BDC Representative.

We are an Elite of Lexus dealership for our excellence in sales, service, and overall customer support.

Our phones are busy and we are expanding and we need help now!

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for all inbound and outbound client inquiries from web leads, phone & email 
• Excellent follow-up with clients 
• You must present yourself in a professional, well-spoken manner and be able to problem-solver
• Direct customer calls/questions/ concerns appropriately to the right dept
• Log all BDC activity into our CRM. 

Requirements:

• At least 1-year experience in customer service 
• Proficient in all basic computer operating systems, windows, google, Microsoft, etc.
• Must have strong customer service skills, phone & e-mail etiquette 
• Must be a team player

• Salary range 75K-$90K per year / this is a commission-based opportunity
