Service Advisor

East Hills Subaru of Roslyn located on Northern Blvd, Roslyn NY, is seeking a customer-focused, experienced Service Advisor to join the team! We are busy and we need help now!

We are seeking to hire a candidate who has the following skills;

• Great customer, people skills & telephone skills
• Commitment to customer service satisfaction
• Previous success in resolving customer service issues
• A high level of professionalism and courteousness
• Knowledge of vehicle repairs and warranty work is a plus
• Detail orientated
• Communicate effectively with our customers and our employees
• Proven track record of achieving goals

Compensation

• Salary Range: $90K – $150K a year / This is a commission-based opportunity
• Aggressive end-of-month commission plan
