Requirements

• Prior experience working in automotive sales is preferred, but not mandatory
• Basic computer, email, and internet proficiency
• Excellent verbal / written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills

We will provide you with…

• Salary range $75K -$120K per year
  
• We have an extremely aggressive pay commission plan, up to 25 % on New & Pre-Owned vehicles (low pack on Pre-Owned)
• Factory spins
• Participation in all after-sales & finance reserves
• A medical benefits plan is available
  
• A 401K plan is available
• We pay commissions on holdback!
