Service Advisor

VNB Auto Group with four locations, consisting of Mazda of Valley Stream, Ford of Queens, Lincoln of Queens,  John Starks Kia, and Starks Ford of Queens is seeking to hire a Service Advisor for each of our five locations.

We are seeking to hire a candidate who has the following:

• Reynolds & Reynolds / Ignite experience is preferred, but not mandatory
• Strong CSI is a must & detail-oriented
• The ability to upsell
• Organizational, follow-up, and time-management skills are essential
• The ability to multi-task
• Excellent communication skills and outgoing demeanor to our customers
• You must be able to interact and provide positive reinforcement to an already successful team environment of technicians, parts personnel, sales staff, and management
• Build a long-lasting quality relationship with your customers

We will provide you with the following:

• Salary range $75K-$110K per year /  This is a commission-based opportunity
• Aggressive end-of-the-month commission plan
