Service Advisor
Smithtown Toyota located on Middle Country Rd, Smithtown, NY is seeking to hire an experienced customer-focused Service Advisor.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Review vehicle concerns, document repair orders, and explain service options to customers.
- Provide accurate estimates for service costs, including labor, parts, and additional services.
- Coordinate service scheduling and ensure customers are informed of wait times and any delays.
- Advise customers on recommended maintenance and repairs based on Toyota manufacturer guidelines.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Toyota products, service procedures, and technical bulletins.
- Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
- Track and follow up on the progress of special ordered parts and service work, ensuring timely completion.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide clear communication regarding services and billing.
- Process transactions and maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships through excellent service.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience as a Service Advisor, prior Toyota experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Organized with excellent time management skills
- Fantastic communication skills with your customers
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- Consistent record of service and sales success
- Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results
- Team-oriented and self-motivated
- Able to work with little supervision
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
