Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Review vehicle concerns, document repair orders, and explain service options to customers.
• Provide accurate estimates for service costs, including labor, parts, and additional services.
• Coordinate service scheduling and ensure customers are informed of wait times and any delays.
• Advise customers on recommended maintenance and repairs based on Toyota manufacturer guidelines.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Toyota products, service procedures, and technical bulletins.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Track and follow up on the progress of special ordered parts and service work, ensuring timely completion.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide clear communication regarding services and billing.
• Process transactions and maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships through excellent service.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience as a Service Advisor,  prior Toyota experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Organized with excellent time management skills
• Fantastic communication skills with your customers
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
• Consistent record of service and sales success
• Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results
• Team-oriented and self-motivated
• Able to work with little supervision
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
