BDC Personnel

South Shore Nissan located on Sunrise Hwy, Amityville, is part of the Tantillo Auto Group one of the largest Nissan Auto Groups in the Nation and we are seeking to hire BDC Personnel now, Bi-lingual is a plus but not mandatory.

We are searching for energetic and enthusiastic candidates to join our Business Development Center.

Job Duties Include:

• Monitoring and contacting Internet leads from our website, dealer, manufacturer, and third-party sites
• Determining each customer’s vehicle needs by asking questions and listening
• Learning, understanding, and adhering to call and e-mail scripts
• Setting and confirming appointments, following up for each shown or missed appointment
• Attending weekly sales meetings and training
• Meeting, communicating, and assisting with the Sales Managers, regarding objectives, planned activities, and analysis

• A salary range of $60K – $80K per year this is a commission-based opportunity
