The Experience Auto Group is seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk / Deal Poster to work out of its Long Island Dealership for immediate placement.
The successful applicant will have Deal Commission and Posting accounting experience, DMV knowledge and/or experience a plus.
The successful candidate will possess at a minimum the ability to:
- Prepare deposit, cash, checks & credit card clearance, floor plan & payoffs
- Cost, post and commission retail deals
- Ensure all motor vehicle paperwork is processed accurately
- Ensure proper billing of wholesale units and follow-up on wholesale paperwork
- Other office duties when needed
- Compile information and prepare accounting reports
- Ensure compliance with all government regulations
- Maintain a professional appearance
Knowledge of Auto Dealership Accounting Systems required. Experience in a fast-paced Automotive Dealership is preferred.
