We are seeking to hire a candidate that possesses high quality phone skills and the ability to effectively communicate through e-mail with our clients and our management team.
Your responsibilities include:
- Handling inbound phone calls
- Emailing customers
- Promoting special events, making outbound campaign
- Overseeing the lease portfolio, and acting as a liaison between the client and sales team
You will also be responding to New car inquiries with the intent of setting appointments for prospective clients to meet with a member of the sales team. You will need to determine each customer’s vehicle needs by asking questions and listening and keep abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers.
- You must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in customer service and great phone skills are needed
- Light computer skills required
